Very interesting, thanks for posting. I have completed it and NO I wouldn't bin my Blackberry BUT I am FAR from happy at the lack of information from RIM....

The guy that started the survey has asked Lord Sugar on Twitter to put it out some more! Good on him I say! Check out Andy Watt on Twitter, he's getting a real campaign going!
Apparently so far just over HALF of Blackberry users would not update to another Blackberry after this
