None, there all pretty trash TBH. The only ones with real merit are Forget you and Believe. Id say as one is current, that would be the one.

My favourite out of those is Firework. Believe comes a VERY close 2nd (mainly due to nostalgia since I loved it so much when I was younger).

1. Firework
2. Believe
3. Swagger Jagger
4. What Makes You Beautiful
5. Forget You
6. The Lazy Song

Forget You and The Lazy Song are TERRIBLE. AWFUL. I can't stand them. Hate them so much.

It's so sad that Believe, released in 1997 or 1998 sounds more modern than Forget You and The Lazy Song, released in 2010.

I imagine anybody who likes Forget You and The Lazy Song listens to Heart FM a lot. That station acts as though they're modern classics, when in reality nobody under the age of 35 likes then. Hate those songs so much. So boring. So lazy (no pun intended). So old-fashioned.

Anyway, rant over. I voted for Firework. Believe is a close second, such a brilliant song.

I voted for Believe because it's became a guilty pleasure of mine recently.

I voted for 'Forget U' and neither do I listen to Heart FM nor am I more than 35 years old.I am MUCH younger than 35 actually. And when you say old-fashioned, I guess you mean non-pop, retro and influenced by genres that are not massively popular.

The question was best song - not best modern song and not which do you like most. The fact you dont like something does not make the song "bad".

Forget you is well crafted, catchy and has a good arrangement. Believe similarly. The others are mundane lyrically and arranged to be throw away.

As pure "songs" rather than "current", "modern" or any other labels there the ones.

I wasn't being fully serious with that post.

But seriously, I don't like the song at all. That's just my opinion though.

Firework is actually a great pop song and I have good memories associated with it.
Forget You is one of the most annoying songs I've heard. Cee-Lo and Bruno Mars have really gone down in my estimation the past year with the dirge they have been releasing.

The Katy Perry one is the only one I'm familiar with. Not sure that's enough justification to vote for it though.
