the Croydon cut-throats. the Beckenham bruisers. the Dulwich dodgers. the Peckham penny-pinchers. and then, of course, there's Millwall supporters in general, who are like an army in themselves.

...oh yes, we have the full spectrum of violent human streaks south of the river. However, we counter it with an array of really good fish & chip shops. So that's alright. All things considerd, though, we're still best. Of course.

Oh yeah. Forgot about the Millwall fans. 'The Football Factory'- it should have been about them! Not forgetting Plumstead, Thamesmead and Abbey Wood. I can't think of any witty names for those groups at the moment but there's a heck of a lot of them there too!

Oops! Sorry- just referring to the stereotype! At least Millwall fans are passionate, the club I support has no atmospehere what so ever! Like the names though... I've got a good idea for the Woolwich lot but I doubt I'd be allowed to post it...

Hehe...Oh I know what you mean of the Woolwich lot

They are very passionate! Being at a match is great and only a minority can spoil it, but not at any matches I have been to! We even celebrated when we lost the FA cup

Oh on another note in reply to someone about the footie clubs being better in North London. Arsenal originated from South London

R.E. Arsenal's origin. That's true. That's why Woolwich Arsenal station is so called! All though being around there late at night isn't a good thing...

I think it was quite a while ago- bit before my time! (Maybe that's why everyone in Woolwich supports Arsenal- there's got to be a reason!)

I think Woolwich, Peckham, Brixton et al would be a better place for a soap opera. It'd give Eastenders a run for it's money! Although people might accuse it of being stereotypical....

They could call it 'SouthEastEnders!' Agree about the stereotypes but hey, that's how most people view south London!

Haha! I could sooo be a character for SouthEastender! Used to live there! One thing is for sure, the characters would support Millwall, not bloody West Ham

It could be chav central! Oh someone please make this into a soap, or a comedy more suitabily!

Ooh! Comedy on BBC2 at 9pm on a Monday! It's so unbelievable living round here, people might actually find it funny!

Chav Central could be a good name for a sitcom...

It would be funny if it wasn't so true! People would think we are taking the piss if anything like that is broadcast "Nowhere can be that bad", oh but they are

People should pay a visit to the lovely borough of Greenwich basically. One end we have Woolwich, Plumstead etc and the other end we have Greenwich- the other end of the spectrum completely!!!

I'd watch a sitcom set in those areas though. Probably chuckling to myself that it's all true!!!

Oh I know. I used to live on a road where my borough was Lewisham and the other was Greenwich!

Isn't it a shame how Chavs demoralise places!

It's scary walking into Woolwich. They all look at you and you think you're going to get mugged! Thankfully I don't know any of them! Poor you- what a road to live on!

You know my brother said that. "Why stay around where you live so your mother can see you, it's not like she is at work!". Makes me think why my brothers mind has the logic it has!
