It's not DS, I think there is a UK wide problem at the moment , I'm with Orange and have had the most dreadful connection problems the last two days. I can go on usenet using a newsreader and also get emails but can only get a few websites.

Then I could only get this site and a handful of others excluding google to work, It's been slow and has timed out or it's bee shatteringly fast so I could do 5 downloads all at the same time.

The problem is getting the broadband providers to confess up to a problem. I've used static IP addresses and automatically chosen ones by adjusting the router but little works.

My DS isn't loading properly either, and when it does lots of bits are missing off the page. I think it's only been happening the last hour or so.

It's been timing out for me a few times today & isn't (at times) displaying properly.

I'm with Virgin too & funnily enough for the past 2 mornings I've been unable to get online........my modem isn't sending or receiving data. Takes a couple of hours un-plugging & re-plugging modem before it works. It just starts suddenly.

Mine is pretty fast, Perhaps a major switch is out and is effecting some and not others?

I may just change my isp, sick to death of Virgin.

I'm with Virgin too. Looks like a pattern here. Cos, when I just went to "rightmove" that wouldnt load properly either, all the pics were missing.

I've had that for several days. The main forum page is fine but the threads are basic.

I keep having problems too. Whenever I log in there's lots of repeat threads nitpicking at certain housemates.

They seem fine, until you click into a thread to read it then the page is all unformatted and white background, wrong fonts etc?

is it just me experiencing this?

no mine keeps doing it as well, is there any way to 'format' it so it reads normally?

User CP -> Edit Options -> Forum Skin (very bottom) and then choose Forum Default or Digital Spy from the drop down menu. If it's not there after doing this then I don't know what's going on.
