This is disgraceful behaviour by Tulisa - she's as bad as whatever Misha has done.

Totally agree, that should be kept backstage.
I would understand if maybe it came from one of the contestants, theyre still learnin. The judges should know better though, have a bit of professionalism bout ya like.
