Watching the xtra factor, she was asked a question about how prsonality is important, and her answer was something like "I just want to be the best performer that i can", she gives a generic answer for everything, has anyone else noticed this?
Not hating btw, I love Kitty, easily the best performer on the show.

She's gone through heavy media training like Cheryl Cole.

Cheryl never answered questions properly.

Actually, she seemed very very fragile.

Caroline picked up on that very quickly and asked for a round of applause for her and moved on quickly.

Yeah I keep noticing that. I love her but she doesn't do herself any favours. She reminds me of Katie Waissel in that way - sometimes tries too hard to appear really grateful and 'soft'.

Still love her, hope she keeps performing brilliantly!

Yeah I noticed that, whenever she has a question she just answers something like 'Im grateful for the opportunity'

She's trying to win back the public

Why should she after some of the crap she's been getting?

Can't wait to see what she gets up to next week.

I noticed that too OP. She was asked something about personality and she said some random crap about being thankful for votes and trying to improve.

She wishes to remain a mystery wrapped in an enigma. The more weird and distant she is the better tbh.

She's probably worried anything she says will be jumped on and twisted by the nasty hags at the Daily Mail and the Sun.

Alot of people on the show do... Way moreso than Kitty, I've noticed Kelly Rowland does it everytime she's asked a tough question.

Oh no they'll come up with 'Kitty SNUBS producers' or something.

She actually reminds me of that one time Britney Spears was on the X Factor and she was asked a question and gave a completed unrelated abstract answer!

She answers questions, but she's so self-centred that she just talks about herself when asked anything.

She's probably trying to appear modest and not say anything that upsets anybody.
I'm not surprised really, people are already gunning for her. The wrong comment, word or even look gets you branded as a b*tch or a diva or even worse.

Was just about to say this, and I don't think it's by accident.

I'm loving Kitty, the performances and the personality. I think it's a mixture of being seriously nervous/scared and pre-planned idea of behaving like a mysterious popstar.

It's interesting, I like it.

She's awesome. People need to get off her back..

I think shes just a bit mad.

No harm in that necessarily, and she certainly has a decent singing voice.

I like Kitty. I think she's trying not to be trapped or quoted out of context. There was an underlying criticism in that question and she avoided it but she no more or no less avoids answering unpleasant questions than any of the others. It was similar with the question targeting Misha, the underlying theme with her was her supposed arrogance.

she will have to answer them eventually though if she wants to be a pop star?
saying "I am grateful for the oppurtunity" won't cut the mustard for journalists of today lol

Not really, a lot of artists don't speak to the press very often.

Yes, well spotted.

Kitty clearly has mental health issues. She doesn't read people very well. She has low emotional intellegence. She's brittle and, as you say, fragile.

I've noticed it as well. Instead of answering a direct question, it's a vague non-committal answer.

It seems to be prevelant in showbiz. There are only a few people who are not afraid to speak their minds. Most seem to be too worried about how they could be taken out of context. It's a shame that the media's desire to turn everything into a sensationalist headline is making everything so boring.

Yes, Dermot asked her what she thought of the acts and she responded that she loved London.

It was a bit silly asking Britney about the acts, as if she cares.
