She just has low social and emotional intellegence. She cannot 'read' a situation and act appropriately.

This is why she sat on the stage and started a 'Q&A session' at her audition. And remember Kelly talking about how she was low one minute and then super-cofident the next. That's a worrying combination and possibly a sign of poor mental health.

Good God, are you people for real? She's getting massacred by the media, mercilessly booed by the audience, and being lynched by an angry mob. She's doing the smart thing by saying as little as possible so that no one can construe it as arrogance, madness, or what have you. Any sane person would be doing the same thing given the circumstances.

And yet, here come the DS cast of psychiatrists and crowds with their pitchforks...as predictable as always

She came across as a loon during auditions and with that weird pool jumping thing, but everything she has done since the live shows has been perfectly fine. She is reading the situation and acting appropriately by not falling victim to verbal diarrhea...unlike, say, Matt Cardle as he's done the past few weeks.

She's playing it safe. The audience hates her already, and she's being as conservative as possible to not give them more fuel. Apparently, jumping in the pool after singing at judge's house has caused people to brand her as the spawn of Satan, so it's pretty much expected that she doesn't want to say anything.

The irony is that she's hated for supposedly being a famewhore who'll do anything to be the center of attention. Yet when given the opportunity, she gives a canned answer and shuts it down...then gets criticized for it!

well she managed to say "where is the pool" on Xtra Factor..and she may know that is controversial..so answering a basic question shouldn't make much difference lol

I didn't see it yet, so I can't comment on the context.

Amazing that this pool...the one that all of the contestants jumped into once they were selected for live shows...is such a bone of contention for people. Yes, it was weird, but honestly...does it justify the hate that people have for this poor woman?

Yes to be honest I couldnt care less if she jumps in it..Sinitta had a shocked face but it hardly mattered?..I don't hate her by the way..but I also wouldn't describe her as a "poor woman"

I'm describing her as "a poor woman" because the amount of hate, nasty stories, booing and generally unpleasant behavior that's been thrown at her far outweighs her crime...of jumping into a pool after singing . I'd feel this way for any of the contestants if they had to put up with this baggage.

It's really a shame with Kitty because she is such a fantastic performer. I would never have seen that coming, but since the live shows, her and Misha B. have owned every other soloist in the competition.
