Columbia are being pretty pro-active on their fb page atm - I added a comment under their link to the WOW acoustic and noticed they'd replied directly to people who'd written comments. So on Saturday I commented again saying how much I was loving the album but that HMV had delivered the wrong one and that I knew a lot of others in the same position - they've now replied directly to me to say they'll look into it, thumbs up smiley for Columbia

Hi folks, just arrived. New house I see, gosh we move around a lot. I got my CD today, acoustic version and I've just listened to it. I knew from everyone's comments that it was incredible but I wasn't expecting what I just heard. It's blown me away. I can't stop crying, I'm a blubbering mess. Don't know if it's partly all the excitement leading up to it but Matt's voice......sorry never usually get this emotional.. The tears are actually streaming down my face as I'm typing this. I need a hug.

Wow JaMak they are really behind him all the way it seems. Brilliant its about time he had that sort of support.

Brilliant! He's dropped to 4 on Irish itunes but 3 is an EP so it won't make any difference to his chart position
