A dreadful pub rock band by the sound of it!
Someone told me it was the smashing pumpkins and was a b side from the 90's, there is no info of this, and it does not sound like them and that is not billy corgan singing.

Yeah I doubt that's true, doesn't sound like Corgan or even really have the Pumpkins sound generally......

It's not Smashing Pumpkins, they never played Space Oddity. Plus the title of the video says it's Porcupine Tree.

The title lies: that is definitely not Porcupine Tree. The uploader has probably done that (as well as putting "Nirvana" in there, who did cover Bowie's The Man Who Sold The World) as a way of generating some views from people searching for the genuine PT and Nirvana.
