Let Siri update your Twitter & Facebook status!
I just found this and thought some might find it useful
http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-...carouselMain.0 Ive managed to set up Twitter so that Siri can talk to Twitter but having a few problems with Facebook. The short code for the UK for Twitter is 86444 If anyone manages to set up Facebook for Siri please let me know how you did it. |

Can you not just use the mic icon on your iPhone keyboard whilst using your Facebook app?

32665 is the short code for texting updates to Facebook in the UK as well. I think you have to enable 'update by sms' somewhere in the settings, and tell it which number you'll be texting from.

what would be clever is you cuold update both at the same time...I don't think iOS does contact groups though, so you might have to rely on one of the many other methods for posting your tweets on FB, or vice versa.

you can set up twiiter to automatically post any new tweets to your facebook profile. so much easier than doing it twice!

It's better to use a method that repeats your tweets selectively. What works on twitter is not always right for Facebook.

While there is obvious overlap, Twitter and Facebook are aimed at two different user groups. I find short, high frequency posts annoying on Facebook, and people who set up Twitter to post to their Facebook profile usually get removed from my news feed pretty quickly. |
