Ice Cream Sandwich is for both Phones and Tablets. The first phone to receive the update would be Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the first Tablets would be Asus Eee-Pad Transformer and Asus Eee-Pad Transformer-2. The next Tablet is rumored to be Motorola Xoom.

How long is a piece of string? ASUS have promised updates for some of theirs before the year end; Motorola Xoom should update fairly soon considering they are now bedfellows with Google and Xoom was the lead Honeycomb device; most other manufacturers are yet to say anything.
