EE Sarah the so called "bunny boiler"....i don't get it?
Erm, please don't tell me i'm alone in not getting why a girl like Sarah is so attracted and wishes to stalk a BOY like Martin.
First off this plot is totally unplausable......I mean firstly why would any woman find a boy who hasn't got a lot of money in the bank, who works in a veg and fruit store......and who lives with both his Mum and his WIFE and lets not forget to mention the looks ain't all that so to, why would a woman find him attractive? Erm.....why? Fatal Attraction this is not............I mean come on EE, heck i am more jealous of my neighbours Dog house then of Martin and Sonia of all people. Bloomin heck, and where did this storyline come out from anyways........what just a one night stand!!!!!!!! Was Martins "whooper" that good even though he was as drunk as a fiddle? Please give me a break you crappy, childish, stupid script writers. Don't insult my intelligents! I hope the new Exec Producer will stop this because EastEnders seems to have a nack of making storylines come out of nowhere. |

It's nothing to do with Sarah seeing Martin as her prince charming or as a sex-god, just because he's Martin.. Their last conversation in Angie's Den made it clear that she obsessed over every guy she's ever been with. Remember how it was revealed that the last b/f she had, cheated on her openly so she'd finish with him and he could escape her..
I think it's a great plot, it's very dramatic, but that's just my opinion. Oh and by the way.. the word is implausible, not unplausable.

Well, I think there's something slightly odd in that it messed her up so much when her boyfriend cheated on her, but she has no qualms in being the 'other' woman. She was devastated when another woman took her man away from her, but is happy (if not desperate) to take Martin away from Sonia. Odd. And after today, with her walking around staring daggers at Sonia, she's more Fatal Attraction than she ever was before.
Oh God! I just had a terrible thought (no, not Pauline naked swinging from a chandalier -- that's the thought you're having right now, ha ha!)... what if, instead of being a Bunny Boiler, she's going to turn out to be a BETTY BOILER!!! ...we cannot let this happen. |

I think the storyline is fab...
Obviously Sarah is sick in the head, so she doesn't NEED to have all that much motivation... Maybe she had child/parental issues and desparately wants someone to love and want her? She clearly wants Martin to do that and is jealous of Martin and Sonia's happyness. It isn't insulting to your intelligence... |

Sarah's real name is Parjeter. Is she Chastity's sister ?

She is not exactly an oil painting herself, so maybe that's why she is after Martin and not someone like Dennis

Whether the storyline is good or not is besides the point, personally. Corrie, Enders, Emmerdale could all have done the same storyline but as with all soaps, they would have all done it a lot differently from one another.
As per usual with Enders, it's all done so bombastically with little thought for the viewer. I just find Eastenders plots so clumsy sometimes. First off, how long have Martin & Sonia been married? 5 minutes? 10? The guy goes on and on and on about how much he's in love with her and yet, he downs a few too many pints and ends up offering to walk her home and giving her one. Then we have to deal with the way the plotting of this story is so dragged out. It's amost as if the storyliners are developing the plot at a snails pace and we all know that the next few weeks we're just going to see Sonia & Sarah bonding much to the alarm of Martin. I've heard of dragging it out, but we viewers patience can only stretch so far. Corrie would have had this plot done and dusted within two months, Eastenders have already dragged it out for nearly four and the end is nowhere in sight and I'm hearing whispers of a suicide on the horizon (yawn) followed by a murder charge for Martin or Sonia (yawn, yawn, yawn) Is there actually anyone in Albert Square who hasn't got a criminal record? |

I think the storyline is great. I only wish they had done it with someone else like Gus, Mickey, Spencer or Jules. It's such a shame that they couldn't let ONE happily married couple enjoy a bit of happiness!

It's been really badly done in my opinion - they obviously want to involve Martin and Sonia in a big storyline (because they're not bad actors) but this was too much too soon. It makes no sense that he would shag someone else because he got a bit pissed. It hasn't been going on for that long, yet it is really trying my patience (I suppose because I just don't find the initial premise credible). And poor old Sonia, couldn't they let her have a few months' happiness?

Martin and Sonia, Kat & Alfie and even Billy & Mo, we have spent so much time watching these 3 couples get it together (even though Martin & Sonia i did not quite understand). Nevertheless, why can't Eastenders ever have a happy ordinary marriage (after all they exist as well).

And before someone reply's saying that they had to do these storylines because of the pregnancies of kelsey and Jessie, just think for a second if these two characters were not pregnant in real life, could you honestly say that they still would have not gone ahead with the storylines of Mo's rape and Kat sleeping with Andy.

The storyline is implausible - yes.
But before I go on - lets examine some facts from Tuesday's episode.... ----------- Martin goes for a secret meeting with Stalker - in the club where the staff all know him... The meeting at the NIGHTclub takes place during daylight... The NIGHTclub is open during daylight... A big issue is made of (and I don't what the bloke's name is) Gus's bouncer brother being on the door...because nightclub's have people on the door during daylight... A plot point is made of them having a new DJ... The new DJ makes an impression by playing a variety of bad tunes - including an easy listening version of 'High and Dry' by Radiohead. After long and pointless discussion Martin and Stalker emerge from club...It's still daylight. The market is still open. It can only be 4pm at the latest. What small nightclub opens then? Martin - who is trying to avoid Stalker - the brazenly walks into his home (which is next door!). Why would he give away his address? ------------ Now - that is precisely why Tuesday's episode was hilariously daft. and totally implausible. But in the EE Universe it isn't. Not if Sonia and Martin's marriage makes sense. Their history saw: - Sonia get knocked up by Martin. - Sonia falling completely in love with Jamie, the love of her life. - Martin then accidentally kills the love of Sonia's live. - Then Sonia falls in love with Martin. - Then (!) Sonia marries Martin So the entire plot line is implausible - or at least, stretching plausibility. It can only get stupider from here. |

Martin should tell Sonia that since she invited Sarah to their home, she has been obsessed with him and has started telling all sorts of stories ( lies) about them. Sonia believes Martin and tells Sarah to ******** ( Go away)

However fortunately for the EE plot devisers, Martin is far too dim to think of that, thus allowing more 'dramatic' storylining, which we already know the end of  |
