Well, this isn't a spoiler as such, but I just saw Soapbox on This Morning and Sharon said there's something coming up in November involving Steph that sounds "absolutely amazing" and if you think she's psycho now, just wait until then...

Of course she wouldn't reveal any details. But I'm glad, I wouldn't WANT to know this early. I hope it's as good as she makes it sound though! I do trust her cos it's not like she's some publicity machine for the soaps who has to hype them up all the time, she seems to give her own opinions and she appears to be quite impressed with this one.

They also showed a clip of Steph locking Shelley in the cellar next week and chasing her around after she tries to escape, it really does look great.

Don't know about anyone else here but I am truly LOVING this storyline and Lorraine Chase is now one of the most convincing bitches in soap ever if you ask me. If they do this right she could go down as one of the most memorable soap villains.
Mad Maya WHO?

Lorraine Chase is a fantastic actress and she plays Steph very well, but i think Sasha Behar is just as good, if not better as Mad Maya - her whole appearance is icy and chilling, and i cant wait until she flips and blows up the corner shop flat with Dev and Sunita inside!

Oh don't get me wrong, I love Maya too. Nothing better than a great psycho, like good old Cathy Bradford.

I think what I love about Steph, apart from Lorraine, is the fact she's an older, "glamorous" kind of woman and is going psycho for reasons that aren't about the usual obsessions with love and getting revenge on your ex etc.

There used to be a thing in the reply box that you could click on to insert spoilers but for some reason it seems to have gone. I just guessed then.

You do it like this:

[spoiler] insert text here [/ spoiler]

But without the space between the slash and the last spoiler.

Indeed.

I didn't like her at first, but she's alright I suppose.

don't tell me you prefer the other one (don't know her name), the one with a very irritating voice (there's a goose involved at some point during her 'report'). I think she might do GMTV too, I don't really follow this program.
I did notice Sharon though, she looks a bit like Tracy Barlow.

I think Steph is 53, well Lorraine is anyway.

The funniest one is Gail and Audrey - in real life she's only 8 years older!

Yes I agree, it is good to see that people can go nuts for some other reason than being dumped. I think Steph is a great character and so well cast with Lorraine Chase. Even when she wasn't totally psycho she always had a slightly sinister edge to her. I've always thought she would be a great Morticia Adams.

I'd love it if Alans son turned up next year and in a twist of events helps Steph try and top Alan so they can get the inheritance sooner. But then sets her up and does a runner with the money.
