No phone line - TalkTalk
On Saturday I had a message on the screen on my landline phone saying Check Phone Line. I carried out the instructions on their website but still no luck. On Sunday I reported it but they ignored my e-mail. 3 days later I e-mailed them again asking if there was any chance of a reply and have tried again today, 5 days after I first reported the problem. I will be looking for another provider when my contract ends next year. TalkTalk are totally useless. I`ve only been with them since April and their so called Customer Service do not want to know. I am not ringing on my mobile, it would cost a fortune even before being connected to an adviser. They have my mobile number and e-mail address but have chosen to ignore me. A family member is going to ring them for me.
