Just watching ITT. What a waste of Tom Ellis. He had calm, considered opinions vs. Mr I'm Only Here To Flog My Album/Tour and Miss Can't Maintain Eye Contact And Has Lobsided Makeup. They didn't even have the good grace to keep him in shot when the others were twittering on.

Chelsee's dance looks awful; Rory's worse.

Had a very nice low calorie pizza, that's anathema doesn't it? (Does anyone else think that anathema always looks wrong and it should have an "an" before it?

Or it should be "an athema"? Just me then.

)

Nope, one where they cut the middle out, throw it away and fill it with salad instead. But I'm on a mission!

I've decided I want to do a triathlon before I'm 50, so I've got 6 years to go and 4 stone to lose before I go anywhere near a wetsuit.

What an inspiration! It's easy to do a delicious but healthful pizza. Not sure how to do a low-calorie one, but I supposed you can use low-fat cheese (goats cheese is very healthful, but an acquired taste), whole-wheat flour for the dough (add more water to the dough, with a little sugar, salt and yeast, good glug of olive oil and some all-spice, the secret ingredient!), do a killer tomato paste (puree with honey, all-spice with dried herbs such as oregano or basil) etc.. Keep the crust thin, because too much carb and it causes bloating and to some, indigestion. Pizza's supposed to be thin-crust anyway...

Just realised my pizza didn't have any cheese on it!

I didn't miss it to be honest, it had ham, mushrooms and peppers and a whacking great hole!

But 500 calories for a pizza is alright by me!
