I've just spent a few hours creating a Corrie website because it seems ITV can't be bothered to do so for their number one show.

The site includes:

The Latest News and Spoilers
An Extensive Character Profiles Section
Episode Guides
A nice, pretty design lol
Take a look at the site and let me know what you think, it did take me a while. Hope you enjoy

Thanks Phat - yeah more info can be added gradually.

Episodes won't be hard to keep track of - I might have missed a few characters though.

The front page image will change every now and then. Of course, when Maya has commited her revenge, I'll have to change it lol

Very nice.. I agree you've already put more effort in than ITV have bothered to. If you do need info etc. I'd advise you to ask Benc533, he's the corrie know-it-all.

The grey bar looks a bit like the one on BBC's website. The colours are good, I think you should do something on the classic clips put a few pictures on there not sure about copyright though...

Did you pay for the site? Whats .co.nr

Very nice start. The front page especially looks fab. Benc533 is definately your man for background information, but there's defiantely the start of a very nice site there and far better then anything ITV have come up with

Thank you everyone. Phat .co.nr is a free domain, I wasn't going to pay for it was I? And also the top bar is supposed to be a bar like the BBC one.

Glad rach_coolchick liked the characters section. It took ages, but it turned out well. I'll get some pictures hopefully.

Classic clips sounds a good idea, I'd have to make sure that I mention that all images are strictly copyright Granada etc, but anyway I don't have TV Capture facilities so I'd need some help.

Any more suggestions/comments?

Good start to your website, but a word of advice. Don't write spoilers as if they are 100% happening until you have definite proof. You should state whether things are confirmed or unconfirmed or merely rumoured. That way you will keep credibility when some things are proven as totally incorrect, like the gun siege in the Rovers for example.

Erm... I like it so far. Pictures on the character profiles might help but you've already said you'll do that!

Maybe profiles on previous characters who've been on the Street? I'm racking my brains now...

Yup And classic episodes.

Richard's exit, Todd's Canal Street Night, Hilda's exit, Rita and the tram - would need help for less known classic episodes - if you would like to write a review on an episode feel free!

Classic episodes would be good. It's always nice to reminicise!

One that stands out for me was the death of Kevin's son and then his wife, Alison. That was pretty harrowing...

Oh yes, the bus etc. lol

That was scary. I'll probably get people from here to write short reviews on 'Classic Episodes' - rather than me do it.

Classic Episodes has been added. Sean has been added to the Characters Section.

Image randomises when you visit between the Maya one and a Classic Episodes one. More soon. Please give suggestions or comments.

Not to keen on that image random thing, not sure why.

You should do a section on buildings and maybe a map like the EE one has (if you have time )

LOL well a map would take forever.

All the random thing does is whenever you visit the homepage, you see a different image. It rotates around 2 or 3.

Does this help - http://www.corrie.net/profiles/places/index.html?

If not, can you think of anything else you can help with :P
