For me it was The Risks utterly appaling performance

Oh gosh, there were so many.

The worst thing had to be Frankie's VT. Have they actually deluded themselves into thinking that the problem was him 'losing his swagger'? Or are they just blatantly endorsing him as the year's hate figure? Either way, it had me hiding behind my cushion.

Kelly making that noise was also awful, as was the entire 'What is rock?' debate. And Gary standing up before his comment on Marcus' performance. And Sami's "I know we're in an economic recession..." plea for vote, although that was cringeworthy in a good way. Oh, and the moment when the sick one in The Risk messed up on the choreography and stepped forward and the others were all like, "Ummmm...what do we do?"

Also her disastrous "inspirational" talk about encouraging larger ladies to "follow their dreams" - is she really so clueless to not know that she was put on the show, given rubbish songs and then booted out in a perfectly well executed script!!

I cringed when she tried to do a 'Will Young puts down Simon Cowell in series 1 of Pop Idol' style comment by saying to Gary 'I don't think that could ever be called karaoke'...well for starters the crowd drowned her out so it had no impact, and secondly, it was PURE karaoke!!
