Im not saying anything apart from he looks poorly and similar to my friends who are + ive got my best friend who is + sleeping on a blow up bed in my spare room for gods sake. Hes really poorly and said the same thing. He has to inject the pipes in his chest with his meds each night and got morphine patches. Im up the wall with grief I dont need to be careful with what im saying. 
Also i know loads of men that have the same build as jonny, most have them are on the dole , and cant afford to eat much, prices have risen.

OK fair enough but my friend was dancing in a nightclub with me 2 weeks ago. hooked up to a machine today. I only came back a few hours ago. I give up trying to explain it. Sorry xxx (PS to the people saying im wrong giving a point of view, theres nothing wrong being + as much as having an eating disorder or just being thin, it shouldnt be brought up as a problem) I should know.
He is very thin, I wouldn't be able to make a medical diagnosis from that though.. He seems like a lovely guy so I really hope he doesn't have an illness as deadly as being HIV positive or anorexic.

I don't know if he is now but he was skinny 15 years ago when i knew him and i know he used to eat then so i'd say he's just naturally that way.
