On The Xtra Factor it was obvious.

I could tell something was wrong all night, but couldn't put my finger on it. Both Kelly and Tulisa, Tulisa more, look really unhappy.

I know there is always speculation about judges falling out and it's usually tabloid shite but i definitely think there was animosity and awkwardness between the two girls tonight. I noticed they weren't holding hands when they made their entrance and their chairs were pretty far apart tonight too. That's before you start talking about how they acted around each other...

It seemed to me too that they've fallen out.
Plus I think Tulisa unfollowed Kelly on twitter or vice versa. Don't know how much it matters though but something is up definately. U could see that these two were avoiding looking at each other plus when Kelly was asked by Caroline if she agreed with what Tulisa was saying, Kelly firstly said "It's her opinion" and when she was asked again if she agreed she said "No, I totally disagree and I see it differently".

They still follow each other on twiter,

Kelly is so immature and spiteful, just take it and move on. She takes everything so personally and has to make it about her. Its between Tulisa and Misha if its still a issue.

At the beginning they didn't hold hands like the usually do. When each of them gave comments, they didn't look at one another. I don't think Kelly can believe what Tulisa said about her acts and Tulisa is willing to accept that Kelly's changed. Either because she'll wait until Kelly has calmed down, or she doesn't care what Kelly thinks about what she said last night.

Kelly needs to go - shes too big for her boots and I much prefer Tulisa over her. By a mile.

Tension has been building for weeks - Kelly is being very dividing between the judges - all the arguements were mainly centered around her (well when Gary wasn't being horrid mind)

I think you will find that Kelly has acted like a professional throughout, she is above this nonsense and wants her acts to be professional. Tulisa is the one that acted in an unprofessional way, the guests on xtra factor also mentioned it.

Kelly is still following Tulisa, but not vice versa.

I thought i'd love Kelly, and at first I did but she seems to think her opinion is the be all and end all and that she has the monopoly on being able to use certain phrases or act in a certain way.

Kelly is not to big for her boots at all. Look at the body positioning that took place. Louis, Gary and Kelly both sat upright, Tulisa looked slouched. If Kelly is no longer needed on the panel, she will go, she does not need the money. Tulisa on the other hand should be replaced by Jessie J, but I think Jessie J is doing the Voice.

Actually that's what I thought too. Cause in my twitter it didn't show that Tulisa followed Kelly, but I unfollower one of the ones I follow and then Tulisa appeared in Kelly's followers. So twitter was prob stuck..

I love the fact they don't really like eachother. There's never really been any proper conflict between judges before (Simon/Louis has always been just banter, nothing happened between Sharon and Dannii on air, Simon/Cheryl's arguments were petty and was a bit of banter and while the media liked to report Dannii/Cheryl didn't like eachother, they DID, which was quite boring viewing because they didn't really do much interaction on the main show) and it's fascinating watching! Both seemed pretty close at the audition stages but you can tell both are extremely protective of their acts.

I don't think Kelly's spiteful or being snobby towards Tulisa. She's hurt. For Kelly it's all about respect and Tulisa chose not to respect an act that had good vocals [who Tulisa named best of the night] Kelly would never "call out" any act, nevermind Tulisa's. She's just upset and worried on Misha's behalf.

Well actually I am with Tulisa on this one. I can understand where Kelly is coming from but if someone was to be mean to her acts and make them feel bad then why not say something on the live show if with this way it can have an immediate effect in their behaviour? It could have happen backstage but since she wanted to mention it live, why not do it?
Maybe Kelly wouldn't have done it, but they are different.

I alway think back to the You Mag interview with Tulisa, when talking about the Judges she said Kelly is like her best friend on the the judges panel and mentioned that Kelly is teaching her about excercise, breathing control and just looking after herself. So yep they were close. Kellys problem is that she is too professional and is taking it seriously. Tulisa treats the acts like family and that is cool and lovely, Kelly wants to improve their gift. Different approaches. The US market would love what Kelly is doing and the GBP would love Tulisa approach.

I totally agree with that. Tulisa sees it this way. She is very much involved with her acts. Even in the VT's u can see that she is almost everywhere. If one of her acts tells her that they are not feeling well because of this and this and it involves another contestant being mean at them and bringing them down, Tulisa may think that the best approach is to say it on live TV so they will not do that to their contestants anymore. I think that this has a logic. This for Kelly may seem outrageous. They are two very different people.

They are both still following eachother. I just think that Kelly believes that Tulisa was on a sabotage job. It really isn't that serious, they'll be friendly again next week.

It's blown out of proportion IMO. I would like to see them be more friendly for lack of better word.. I just think it's a disagreement rather than flat-out fallout.

Yesterday, kelly called Tulisa out for saying Janet wasn't rocky and then giving her act Kesha.

Another thing is is that Tulisa visibly shrunk back when Kelly told her off about giving Janet shit about not being rock, so probably came off harsher.

I think some fm are a bit too sensitive.

I totally see your point, but both ladies know that in this business mud sticks. If Tulisa was really and I mean really concerned about her act, she would have stuck firm but she revealed the true reason behind the comments.

She said "its a competition" she did not say "My acts were really hurt and I have to defend them or my acts were hurt and the mean comments said to them were not right" the added "no hard feelings" shows that it was an attempt to basically turn the GBP against Mischa one of Kellys acts, so Kelly has quite rightly acted professional and will just get on with the job, if she is asked back she will consider it, if not, this lady does not need to work for the rest of her life so she has options.
