Red Thai Chicken Curry

I bought a tin of Red Thai Chicken Curry at Sainsbury's as I was intrigued by how it tasted. I liked it, although it was more liquidy than I was expecting.

I might even prefer this to their Beef Curry.

Sainsbury's have recently introduced this and also a Green Thai Chicken Curry. Watch out for them!

B&M sell a really nice Thai Red Curry Kit for £1
I don't know if B&M are a nationwide store, though.

Do you not just cook & reduce it down a bit?

That sounds nice, Sainsbury's mild chicken curry (in the orange tin) was one of my favourites ever until they changed the recipe and cheapened it. Used to have a large block of flaky chicken in it not the nasty little squares the new one has, lovely sultanas too.

If u can find a brand of curry paste called "Mae-Ploy", it is quite good.if u live in London or birmingham, u can easily find it in grocery shop in China town.

You can buy it online, like this website http://www.theasiancookshop.co.uk/ma...aste-698-p.asp

Probably more pricier.
