She's not judging material. She has no qualifications to be a judge. What has she done for the music industry? She's immature and inexperienced. I feel sorry for Gary and Kelly would have endure that Cheryl Cole wannabe chav on the panel giving her crude opinion each week.

Please calm down. It's really not that serious. And I think that overall, Tulisa has given the most constructive criticism even though she could improve the way she conveys her thoughts. I was surprised by her professionalism - due to her age and what the media have said about her. I love Louis and Kelly but they have been immature and overemotional at times. Gary and Louis's arguing is pathetic.

No she shouldnt. But ever since she was announced as a judge ive always thought she is far too young to be a judge on a talent show! Shes done well for herself, but she is a bit out of her depth as a judge.
Shes trying to be a friend as oppose to bieng a mentor, she got the whole "rock week" theme completely wrong too. Shes a nice girl n everything but when u compare it to the experience Gary Barlow and Kelly bring to the table, shes no match.

Louis is a bit an idiot but he is a music manager and knows the music industry which makes more qualified than that chav will ever be. She doesn't have no qualification to be on that panel.
I would prefer Jessie J, but she is doing the Voice. Tulisa showed her inexperience during Judges Houses when she discussed things like clothing instead of voices like Jessie J did.
In any case, she is the only one that really needs this gig, so I think she will stay and will grow into the role.

Well, you didn't mention that in your original list of stringent requirements. Can't you just admit you don't like her and be done with it.

I must admit, I cringed at her rock interpretation, but none of the judges did well. Most seemed to think that taking a rock song and turning into a ballad was edgy....until every man and their dog did it.

Why should Kelly respect Tulisa on musical level when she has achieved way more than Tulisa will achieve in a lifetime. Kelly knows what this show is all about. Tulisa Thinks everything she does is right when she's not which makes her immature and inexperienced to be a judge.

Nah, I dont buy this line. It depends on what you want out of the show, do you want medicore stars that will not have grown with the show and gotten better and better or do you want a star that can command respect worldwide. Kelly is simply too professional and is taking it seriously. She knows the real world and no matter how many lasagnes Tulisa prepares for her act, if you cannot grow and become better then what is the point? Apart from the Journey
