Unfortunately your opinion can't be swayed, but she really isn't that bad.
I find her really endearing. Someone mentioned earlier that she's so into her acts and doesn't really understand the manipulation of the show. That sums it up for me.

Every judge has made negative comments and baffling saves. She is not being tactical.

Yes she is being tactical. She knows her acts are not good enough and knows Kelly's is the strongest groups so she always trying to bring out little faults in the public eye. She did all this weekends with the three girls.

Janet wasn't singing in a rock manner; if Tulisa would prefer the acts to sing in a rock manner that's up to her.

And I don't think she humiliated Misha B; Louis did more than Tulisa. Tulisa just warned her about how she may be basically isolating herself and to channel more of the feistiness of stage which is decent advice, even if it could have been better presented.

Yes she should be after yesterday comments to Misha,and besides she is just a lousy judge she don't even know what ROCK is for a start.

What? She's been extremely unprofessional to Louis. Constantly cuts him off and goes after him when he is just sharing his opinion. Oh and yesterday she started making those obnoxious noises when Louis was trying to talk as if trying to say Louis has special needs, etc... Yes, that was extremely professional of her.
