Is it time for the public to be reminded of what the purpose of the show is as the public just seem to think its a popularity contest

it's a bit like 'big brother' sometimes isn't it.

TXF is about the popularity contest, not about the later careers of the acts. Why would the producers care how their winner does post-show, when they can get so much mileage (and so much money) out of the show itself?

Whatever he says he should start enunciating more clearly. He tends to gabble.
