I mean if you don't feel it you don't say it end of. If you feel it its the most natural thing to say and you don't need to ask people who buy magazines. I'd be a bit worried if I was Luke.

Not at all - why shouldn't she be living happily every after - with someone who has cooking skills, stamina, loves partying and dancing? No reason to be cynical about this at all.

After all John is in Oz - happy with his girl - never been so relaxed or happy - he is in such a good place.

While his gf goes out - she likes to go out dancing too- he stays in - so it works all round

I know i havent posted on here for ages but must respond to the doubters in here, why do you have such a problem with Josie having a new relationship?

John and Josie fell in love and it did'nt work, sad but true , John returned home and found a new girl and from what we can gather is happy back amongst his long time friends and family.

Josie who we can all agree was devestated by the break down of their relationship has had a long time to think about what she wants in a relationship and is lucky enough to have met a handsome man who would appear to be making her happy and fullfilling her relationship requirements, she is not saying she is in love , she is just stating her anxieties about commiting her heart to another man, quite natural i would say given her history with men.

You can obviously post what your thoughts are on her relationship but i was quite shocked to see so much derision for her new exciting relationship in here, i would of thought both John and Josie deserve to be happy and seeing posts mocking her and Lukes relationship makes me question whether you want what is best for Josie and John !

I will tootle off back from whence i came but will check back tomorrow to read any responses. goodnight

I think we all know from watching BB that Josie is scared of her feelings. I don't think she didn't like talking about it in the BB house like John thought, I don't think she likes talking about them ever. I think she's got a lot of undealt with issues of abandonment from her past and the way she's survived for many years is by avoiding them. She's the good time girl. She's someone who would be there for anyone who needs her. But she also has been "left" repeatedly and I think that scares her to death. Her mom, her dad's death, her aunt's death all contributed to this. I think she is desperate to avoid being left again. When she opens up, all those emotions seem to fight with each other for her and she has a hard time dealing with them. I think the relationship with Luke had been just fun, but now it's getting serious and that may scare her a bit. Do most people not feel that? I know I do when things get serious.

But it also seems Luke is secure enough in himself that all this nonsense doesn't matter. He's got family, friends, a job, and likes to have a good time. He does want to go out with Josie, he does want to go on holiday with her, he does want to spend time with her family, and he does like to kiss her. She's found someone with the same interests as her. Is it love for her? I guess we'll find out. Is this dramatized for the article as last week's cliffhanger wasn't answered this week? Possibly. Josie talks about stuff. That's her. She's an open book. She's going to need someone who doesn't see that as the end of the world to be with. Is that Luke? Who knows.

I'm happy Josie feels good. I'm happy she's with someone who makes her happy and who she makes happy. I'm also a little jealous she's going on holiday over Christmas and that she has a live-in chef!

So pleased to see you back. Not been on as I had lost my internet connection, and when I got back on had lost all my tabs, so jumped straight on to the new thread and this was the first post I saw.

So that cheered my day up
