Yep, Lovefilm's deal with WB is exclusive for (I think) the 2nd Pay window....outside that window, they lose exclusive rights.
I assume that's the case because the article which I've linked to (properly I hope this time
) says Lovefilm has an exclusive deal with Sony Pictures for the 2nd pay window - but Sony also has a deal with Netflix. In that case, Lovefilm will be able to show Sony's content first, that content will appear later on Netflix.
