Is that genuine? I'm not a big gamer so I don't know if that's just from another game.
That certainly looks like a London Underground style sign on the other platform though. |

Would be quite a wasted effort though, building an open-world recreation of London just for a couple of missions.

I really hope it's not set in London, i'm sure Rockstar could probably pull it off but the whole "cockney geeza gangster" schtick is extremely tired.

A random screengrab posted on flickr, of a CGI'd Tube station won't convince anyone GTA V is to be set in London . . .

I haven't even played GTA 4 yet. Or any other game from the current generation of consoles.
Can't afford them. ![]()

Despite GTA IV being such a massive disappointment (never played the expansion packs though), I'm still relatively excited for this. GTA games have so much potential in them, and if this is anywhere nearly as detailed as San Andreas - which I suspect it will be, given the massive development time - then I'll be picking it up.

Vice City please! I am, however, intrigued by the previous rumours about it being set in a Hollywood-style location such as Vinewood in San Andreas. GTA V...Perhaps it's not a five but a V for Vinewood!

Rockstar will have heard all the criticism about the last game so here's hoping they take it on board and give us fun again.
Would love to see a return to the 80s and a huge open world like San Andreas with plenty of mini games and side missions. Would also be good if they gave us some online co-op missions to do like in RDR. I enjoyed those. |

Wow! OMG!!!!the 'way out' sign is similar here: ![]() http://jakemcmillan.files.wordpress....derground1.jpg and the red sign too: http://www.universediver.co.uk/siteb...groundLogo.jpg If I am correct, no other places other than uk or London has that logo. Please, please be true! If we do get an american setting, i hope we get all types of terrain/landscape, e.g. dessert, mountains, snow, city etc. Similar to RDR. Of course, it being set in London, we can get a lot of weather effects. Makes the game more interesting. |

Well unless i'm mistaken, that's actually Aldgate underground station.
Real pic from the platform .. http://www.flickr.com/photos/crashcalloway/1367138559/ But I can't imagine it's real though - I really don't think the game would be set in London. |

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69077712@N04/6280649998 Wow, look at the signs. This is massive, if that first pic is GTA, it is very likely to be a London setting. Just look at both way out signs, its uncanny. |

Gta 3 - Main character was basically a cold, silent assasian who didn't seem to have much morals. Vice City - From what i can remember this guy was an absolute nutter out for revenge. Had no morals whatsoever and would kill or screw over anyone that got in his way. San Andreas - Main character was straight out of the hood, out to make a name for himself. Not quite as bad as the other two, but still very much a bad guy. Gta 4 - Was just way too nice and questioned nearly every single mission he was given. He was the only character where it felt like you weren't really moving up the criminal ladder as the missions progressed. |

Also In RDR, there is a lot of realistic things going on in the sourroundings, like people doing every day things, like sweeping and cleaning, making things etc. I hope they bring that aspect into the game, of course things will have changed since last GTA, so I think we can expect a hell of a lot more. RDR has set the bar for this, so we should get a lot of what we are hoping for. |
