For those who didn't see..

This is starting to gain momentum now and the Nirvana song was mentioned on Absolute Radio this morning too urging people to buy the Nirvana song.

I very much doubt they said 'ooh let's name our manufactured girlbands after charities!', it's a portmanteau of Rhythm and Mix, both to do the R&B aspect of the group and the 'mix' of members they have. It's ridiculous tbh, it's just a coincidence there happens to be a charity named this.

The band name was obviously not an intentional rip off. The charity are looking for free publicity.

I wouldn't call this video "calling out" anyone. He said "unfortunately" which suggests it was an accident, and the face he made at the end was like "oops". It was hardly a damning verdict from them now was it.

Also who the hell are Rizzle Kicks and why am I hearing about them every 2 minutes now

Caroline Flack's worst moment. Awkward.

insincere "awh man!"

I doubt the charity really care that much about the name. I bet they're loving this free publicity.

Why should the charity sign over the rights to their name to benefit some nobody girl band on a talent show?

It's ludicrous, and if the powers that be behind the X-Factor had a single shred of decency, they'd change the name of Rhythmix instead of hounding the charity.
