What happened to O2 prices?
Ive been happily sim free for a few years now but my wife, also sim free is wanting the new iPhone.
I currently have iPhone 20 - 600 mins, 1200 texts, unlimited web and wifi all for £19 per month on a 1 month contract. They don't even do an unlimited data bolt on now so the nearest would be £31 for a sim only, or at least £26 and these are both on 12 month contracts. Not even close to what we both have now for our iPhone. Also looking at 24 month contracts and O2 are the most expensive here too. Looking around £35 a month max. They are £37 Has anyone managed to get a discount on tariffs for the iPhones or do they still do deals occasionally. Their current £42 a month and free phone is insulting and not including data by default for iphones is just stupid. I don't mind paying extra for the handset as you always pay extra for apple hardware, I'm an apple user but what I hate is the like for like tariffs are also more expensive than say the galaxy s2 tariffs. |

The tariffs are the same no matter what phoe you get.
18 month contract 300 mins £31 Thats the 300 min contract no matter what phone you choose for example. I recommend buying the phone outright and going with giffgaff. |

Yeah I don't understand how so many people are still with O2 as they used to be the cheapest but I think T-Mobile have taken that place now

The iPhone is £32 per month for a rubbish tariff compared to the Samsung GS2 which is £27 300 mins option with 500mb data http://www.o2.co.uk/iphone/iphonetariffs/ compared to: http://shop.o2.co.uk/mobile_phone/pa...axy_S_II_White What a joke. |
