Sorry for the confusing title.
I have been a Vodafone customer for many years I have 4 lines in total on my account. Yet their online set up is just the worst ever.
The webpage is always slow, you click a link it never opens, you try and change details online and it tells you you can't. Even though it has sent you their to update those details.
I cant work out why it is so badly set up.
Are they all as bad or do any of the other operators have an easier to use website?
