This 'business' of his, please, tell me all about it.
It's just his manner, the way he talks, I can't bear it, if he was my son I'd be ashamed that he talked like that, and riot remark...well, just listen to the way some of those rioters speak. Its this 'gangsta' style voice. Mohammed put it on to try and be the hard man. It just angered me so much and I was rooting for James as a result, even though James himself was a mug in the ep.”
Some of the rioters in Manchester had Mancunian accents?
He probably went to an inner city state school and was surrounded by people who spoke that. It's not that hard to pick it up. Some people have street accents and some have posh accents. What can you do? You don't choose to speak a certain way, it just comes naturally. If you watch his audition video on the apprentice website, he keeps that street accent in check and speaks better.
Like I said, how many 16 year olds are in his position? Take away the street accent and personality, wouldn't you be proud if your child was achieving what he was achieving at 16?
1. Having GCSE qualification
2. Undertaking 4 A Levels
3. Having their own business (buying and selling satellites)
4. Member of the UK Youth Parliament (representing Enfield)
Most people I knew at 16, just had GCSE's and were preparing to do their A levels. No more no less. Others dropped out of school with no qualifications and became wasters.
Like I said. He's only 16, 5 years time he'll be 21 and he might have matured. His manner might have changed. I know plenty of people who have changed as they've grown up. If I look back now as 16 year old. I squirm. I was just a simpleton in comparison to what I know now and how much I've changed and what my outlook in life is, and I'm 21 myself.
