Most bands play secret gigs because they are so big if they told people they were going to play a certain venue there would be masses of people trying to get in.

Cher Lloyd has to have secret gigs though to trick people into coming to see her. I'm sure most of that crowd were like "Um, can't we just have the DJ like nomral?"

It's an album launch party, all bands have them. The crowd are journalists
