Mary Byrne- I am so happy with that, I was nervous as the song is not known but I think the public are gonna love that, the vocals were a bit shaky but still brilliant effort and performance.

Wow Marcus I didn't expect that at all.. it was certainly different. It was a daring arrangement, I think that performance will be marmite for many. Overall I didn't love it, but I liked it.

Marcus - I thought it was interesting but it didn't showcase your voice which is big but I thought it was an excellent rendition.

Marcus::- I am the type of mentor who will continue my acts, sometimes it works other times not soo much, but I wasn;t coming into this show, to play it totally safe. For me that was a terrific performance and one your best performance by a clear mile you ruled the stage, congrats !! You are back in the race

One Direction:- Okay I have been too nice I feel so far, and i think its time for an eye opener in this competition. I have given it my all, look for songs trying to find original arrangements etc as best i can. This performance was a disaster full on disaster, none of my acts have given a vocal like that and i am down to two. Plain boring, and YOU SHOULD go after that. Sorry to you guys but you turned a beautiful pop song into boyband trask you could learn alot from JLS and Miss Frank its called STAR QUALITY. If one of my acts go due to me telling the truth so be it, that was hideous.

One Direction, what on earth was that?! That's what I call murdering a song. It sounded like a bag of cats being strangled, that song may have cost you your place in the competition I'm afraid.

OD- I am not a fan and you have confirmed it for again tonight. The vocals were off, 2 of you were redundant. The song choice was bad as it will never live up to the original.

One Direction - Bazz, that was a really hard song to sing and they pulled it off and their vocals were on fire. You can't criticise me because I have the hardest job tonight, making boybands sing songs a female artist sang. That's hard and they did a awesome job!

if u can't handle the pace honey im sure one of us three can give you some tips, your job as a mentor is to get a song which the acts can at least sing in tune, if you knew they would struggle with that song vocally why give it to them!!! You have to up your game now, I have lost two acts and now i know i have too!!! You are getting to comfortable push them more, but at a level pace.Take this "constructive Criticism" and use it well .

Janet- AMAZING, That was the performance of the night so far, you smashed that like no other, I do prefer Britney's, yes but I loved that definitely!

Janet:- Random quote Janet you live ten miles from my granny maggie FUN FACT!! LOL well back to the performance, that was a very solid and enderaing performance. There was no WOW moment but thats not what your about, you delve into the song and grasp its meaning and you did it tonight. For next week I would love to see the fun Janet jump out there are some real quirky numbers out there, im sure KillerJoe could find you one. Its just for me I want to see Janet a little different from the live shows, but good job.
