Tulisa is utterly unprofessional - whether she's doing this of her own accord or because it's scripted doesn't matter. Put that together with her three manufactured groups, terrible song choices and bland cliched comments, she is possibly the worst judge the show has seen. I actually thought she was a little more intelligent than this. Another ridiculous quote in that Mirror article - criticising Gary for saying what happens backstage should stay backstage and then saying that his critique that Sophie needs to show more personality is talking about her behaviour backstage. Has the stupid girl not heard of showing personality in a performance? Actually judging by her own awful band, maye she hasn't.

Little Mix need to grow up. This is a cutthroat business. It's a competition. Crying about being bullied at this stage? Have a look at the venom directed at the show's WINNERS. You can't call everybody who says a word against you a bully.

Misha? She is confident in her ability. On a show where most of the acts are so bad they shouldn't even be there, this is now seen as a bad thing. I don't see any of the decent performers who are there on merit slagging her off. In fact the only ones who seem to have it in or her are Tulisa, Louis (who has apologised) and a very weak and mismatched manufactured girl group.

In an attempt to get in the headlines, X Factor has well and truly jumped the shark.”

Great post, agree

couldnt have put it better myself

And yes I have seen that it only seams to be Tulisa and Litlle mix who have a problem with Misha, all the other acts seam to like her. So it seams abit odd that she ment to be so nasty back stage yet only one act is saying it. And we know that this act had an argument with Misha so maybe they are just making it sound a lot bigger that what it really was.

Should add the usual disclaimer that a lot of this opinion is based on the crap we see in the tabloids but I'm sure that the majority of this is planted by the X Factor PR team so I'm only forming the opinions they want me to form.

Have to disagree, Tulisa is the best Judge so far after Danni. As to Louis he was only forced to back down as he was silly enough to use the Bully word. Tulisa never used the word hence no need. Facts stand.

Anyway came on again tonight. Expect to see Nicole under orders to have a go at Tulisa and Louis left with the decision on Sunday to send home either Frankie or Gary. Both have willingly been showing their ar@eholes for weeks now.

Was you there? Did you see this "bullying" happen. Did you hear Misha "threatening" Little Mix? No should do not have any evidence to support your view. As your view seems very one sided as you don't know the full story.

I see where you're coming from but why believe the minority who accuse this girl of bullying and ignore all the others who have said it's just not true.

Without facts I prefer to give her the benefit of the doubt. And all I have seen as fact is Tulisa laying into a young girl on live TV. Given her own alleged "troubled childhood" she should have known there were better ways to deal with a situation like this than labelling somebody in front of an audience of millions. An accusation like that is hard to shake off, to prove or disprove, but once the word is out there, the damage is done.

But it not fact is it and its only Tulisa and Little who have a probem with MIsha. And its been reported by alot from the show that it was only an argument between Misha and 4 girl from Little Mix.

So really this bulling crap needs to stop, I mean come on really 4 girl getting bullied at the same time by 1 girl in only a argument.

Well then I guess Little Mix should go as I find 4 girls arguing against 1 girl ( as reported by many from the sho ) abit more in the line of what some like to call bulling on here.

You are such a tool. On Sunday it was confirmed it was an agrument and Louis apologised for the bullying accusations which supports my view that Misha and Little Mix had an agrument. All of them girls are teenagers and teenager girls always have argument. Why should Misha address when it's a private matter on Live TV when it wasn't her fault.

Bullying doesn't have to be physical, it can take the form mental distress. Physicality or strength of numbers isn't always key.

Plus, the girls in Little Mix might not have had experience with this kind of abuse before and can't quite deal with it effectively. Whereas by her own admission, Misha is an experienced bully and probably has a couple of tricks up her sleeve.

This!

Gary and Kelly are right. This should be sorted out privately. If there is bullying going on, it needs to be addressed away from the cameras, where a proper discussion (and a sound b*ll*cking, if necessary) can take place. There's something very unpleasant about Tulisa's constant airing of backstage dirty laundry in public.

It is from an interview with Tulisa where she discusses this and other issues with the show. It is not just a bit of Trashy made up gossip.it includes direct quotes from Tulisa.

Completely different and out of context, Tulisa was warning people off messing with her man. Understandable and completely different from harassment and bullying.

Tulisa pointed out in the article that its okay when judges talk about how nice the acts are backstage eg Marcus.Shouldn't that be left backstage since it has nothing to do with the performance? I dont think it is fair that Tulisa is getting all this flack when they do the same thing. This rule of what happens backstage should stay backstage seems to only apply when the judges say something negative and IMO it isnt fair.
