She is not repeating what Tulisa is just saying, she is actually offering some pretty good advice. It can't be that easy for her to instantly be expected to be a fit professional judge. Don't forget she has not judged before, not even at the auditions. So judging live must be a bit nerve racking, yet she is coming across so well!
