Anybody give me advice? I noticed last night that for some whatever reason when I had it on? I noticed the power off/airport mode/restart screen kept flashing up intermittently. That stopped and phone seemed to work OK for a bit after that.........then the battery died and um well I can't seem to turn it back on. It's charging OK infact right now it's got a orange light i.e. charging but pressing the power button and not a thing is happening (can't even hard reset either) Would a call to HTC suffice? And anybody know about their customer service? It's on t-mobile with no phone insurance. I got it in July (I know I can't call t-mobile as I know they won't do doddy squat without insurance)

What are you charging it with? a mains charger is best, are you using the original proper charger as some after market ones aren't very good / same specs.

I'd take the battery out and put it back in, maybe try a spare battery if you know anyone with the same phone. If not then you need to go back to where you bought the phone.

Been there - got the T-shirt. My wife's wildfire has died twice. The first time was reset via removing the battery for thirty minutes. The second time I had to completely reinstall the operating system over usb.

You might find Restore (Vol Down + Power On) is a useful menu. Removing the SD card may help.

It's defo not the battery um for whatever reason it seems to have went back to normal........ish! The button is still a little slow to react so likely at 1 point I will have to get that replaced but phone is relatively working again. Think I may still give HTC a phone to see what they say (unless you can fix it yourself?)
