It's not her debut single, she had a single featuring Chris Brown in 2009/2010 and it had a decent chart run in the US.

Debut as in it's her first single, as a solo artist.

I got what you meant 'Drop It Low' feat. Chris Brown was her debut...I don't know why she never released her album, but that was HER single.
