I feel that too but you would have needed someone who could have made her work and lower the heels. Vincent might have had enough charm to persuade her to do it - he did wonders with diva (in a good way she was hilarious) Stephanie Becham. Funnily enough I think Brendan might have worked too - yes he has a short fuse but he's quite supportive of his partners these days as marriage appears to have mellowed him a lot and he shares Nancy's love of the dramatic but like Anton he's prone to using tricks to curry favour for bad dancing partners so he might have ended up resorting to them as I feel he is with Lulu a lot. I love James - but he and Nancy would have ended up in a shouting match every week.
I think Anton let Laila down badly but I don't think anyone else could have worked with Widdy and feel Nancy would have been a difficult celeb to find someone who could have got the best out of her.
he has changed so much since the first series started ....he always portrayed himself like a gentleman, always trying to help his celebrities even if they were not that good....but somehow he has changed it seems like he doesnt care about dancing either if you look at old routines compared to new ones there is a great difference between them ....he doesnt show that dancing is in his veins like other pros do
i think he cannot offer anything more in a show like strictly and should be replaced.

Didn't he come top of the leaderboard with Laila once as well - again for a tango, or possibly a foxtrot?
I personally never rated Laila and was staggered at how far they managed to get - I do remember thinking the only thing that deserved to be top of the leaderboard for that dance was the dress
Would I be sad if Anton left? Not at all. Do I actively want him kicked out? Not at all. Does it seem like I want to waste any energy at all on him? I should flippin' hope not.
