It was confirmed today we are getting a release from Amy Winehouse which includes a few unreleased songs, plus original demo's of a few existing songs and her duet with Tony Bennett.

Anyone that knows me will all know that I am a HUGE Amy fan. When she sadly died I was devastated. I cried and listened to her songs for days, I really was cut up about it.

I am now at a point where listening to her albums again is a joy and a nice thing to do. I was skeptical on a posthumous album but always knew that Amy had been working on this so it isn't just something that has been "thrown together". I will definitely buy it as I am a huge Amy fan and cannot believe that will be the last release from her.

It isn't the last release from her. This isn't the third album she was working on. Like i said in the first post, it's a few unreleased songs, original demo's and a her duet with Tony bennett.

This is like a warm up to prepare us for that release.

I didn't think they would release anything more, to be honest, even if it's just a few demos. I would like to hear the third album because unlike MJ, apparentley a lot of it was finished.

Wow, can't believe we will get a new CD. they could put out a album of Amy singing the phone directory and I'd still buy it!

I am glad her cover of Will you still love me tomorrow has made it. She did that for second Bridget jones soundtrack and i have loved it for years

i think Salaam Remi's heart is in the right place..i just wish they (record company) didnt chuck 'body and soul' on the album. we've heard it

Actually it's good they put it on there, there will be Winehouse fans who didn't buy the Duets album and may of wanted an actual physical copy of the song.

Needless to say, I would prefer to have her actual 3rd album with all the new tracks that she recorded FOR the album.I wanted to see and hear HER vision about her 3rd album, so an album that pretty much sounds like a collection of old and new material, original songs and covers is not as exciting as the real 3rd album would be...

However, I'm still checking for this album and I will listen to it as soon as it's released.Amy's music, in any form that the label chooses to release it, is worth my attention

A few of the songs are premiering tomorrow on Radio according to Gordon Smart from The Sun.

If you Take away the lyrics and your left with the instrument, it sounds like the song Addicted from her Back to black album

Her vocals are great. Bearing in mind this isn't a ballad, so she is not showing how amazing her vocals were. It's a very dancey reggae type song. It would suit being played at a summer party on the beach. It's fun.

Just heard it on radio and loved it... I've always loved Amy's music, cannot wait to add this CD to my collection.

Just under a week until this is released and I cannot wait. Had this on pre-order for ages, such a talent and hope this sells well.

Our day will come is slowly a grower but i feel that maybe unreleased songs are unreleased for a reason
I am eager to hear the rest but i don't think I will end up buying the album.

If all the profits from this were going to charity I would feel a lot easier about it as a concept. Sorry, but that's the way I feel. Won't be buying.

Just listening to the clips on iTunes now. It doesn't sound like there's a bad song on it. Even the ''demo'' versions are different enough from the versions we already have so you get a different vibe from them.

Can't wait for this. Only 5 more days
