Any appearance by Frankie is toe-curling. The contrived shagger bad boy with the carefully arranged 'wild' hair is

Frankie in general
Ok.com
Any time Kitty collapses in shock/emotion
Tulisa constantly going on about how Little Mix are doing it for the girls out there
Kelly's Americanisms
Gary's praising of Frankie

Misha going "Trick or Treat, Ha ha ha ha", half way through her average attempt at that song.

Frankie's appalling entrance in show 3.

Can't believe no one has mentioned the girl from 2 Shoes with luminous pink lipstick all over her face!

That was classic & no one helped her they just let her stand there looking like she'd been snogging some oik at the bus shelter after a night on the WKD's.

Gary's OTT reaction when Frankie was announced safe last night. Jumping on him and shouting "YES MATE! YES MATE!" Especially compared with the much more restrained reactions the other 2 boys got. Honestly, I thought he was going to start snogging him at one point

Oh yes, that was cringeworthy, almost funny lol.

The web of lies, stupidity and bs needed to come out with that sort of reaction to the joke act getting through is scarcely believable.

Well, almost everytime Gary attempts to make a joke during Xtra factor.

Has to be Sami begging for votes for me. So embarrassing and cringeworthy. The funniest thing about it though was her asking people to spare a pound for her then Dermot having a little panic in the background telling people that it's not quite a pound!

Gary's hypocrisy re: Frankie and his behaviour. (refer to his judge's house chat with Robbie then his outrage at Frankie misbehaviing).
Nu Vibe dude getting THIRD shot at X Factor fame.
Sorry for double post.

The bigging up of singers that are clearly not good enough by various judges. Just because we don't work in a recording studio doesn't mean we can't decide whether someone can sing or not.

1.) Gary talking about Frankie having a great performance with a straight face. Ever (Gary did this several times).

2.) Kelly's ludicrous "owwwwwwww" moment (overall I defend her right to speak like she does but that was too much). I'll also add in her sick call. I actually think she probably legitimately WAS sick, and the voice wasn't a put on, but the mere fact that she opened herself up to those kinds of accusations makes the moment a cringeworthy one.

3.) Louis starting the whole anti-Misha mess on a LIVE show (and getting away with it since everyone focused on Tulisa)

4.) NOT Tulisa's comments about Misha, since Louis started that. Instead, lets focus on her rather disingenuous habit of giving acts advice one week, then criticizing them the next week for following it. She did this with Janet. Arguably she's done it to a certain extent with both Kitty and Marcus too. She's very into digging the knife in however she can to try and create a "space" to dethrone someone popular on another team.
