Will i actually get homechoice?
Nikhil

Hi, does anyone know exactly how far you have to be from the exchange to be able to get homechoice. I currently have ordered the service and "should" be installed in the next two weeks. I am having doubts as to whether i will actually be accepted though. I tried to get bulldog broadband (before the price hikes!!) and although i was initially accepted, was later rejected because i live 3km away from the exchange (i don't know how i can live that far from it!!)

Again, i've been provisionally accepted for homechoice, but i don't know whether after the bt line checks, they are going to reject me. Can anyone help?

if you've got 4mb bulldog and you're thinking of switching then i'd say you'll be fine. interesting article here - http://www.theregister.co.uk/2004/09...oice_wakes_up/

This service looks sooooooooooo good, I really hope that it launches elsewhere in the country. Im in scotland it will probably be years before it comes here.

Why would anyone choose Sky over a service like this?

well, i spoke to a lovely lady at customer services today and she found out that they usually accept people within a 3-3.5km range for homechoice, so there is still hope for me....i damn well hope i get it now, esp cos i've been upgraded to 2mb on the new offer!!

oh, and my signature!! whoops i forgot to change it back when it got cancelled!!
