The Exec Producers are largely the same as last year. The only one that has left is Andrew Llinares. Brian left as well and so did Tim Byrne (I think his "Creative Director" role was similar to what that Eliot Kennedy guy is doing now under the title "Arist Development").They took the Series Producer of Britain's Got Talent too. But I don't think it's a crazy amount of change, tbh. Not as much as was being suggested. They hired an American and a US based Brit for 2 of the top jobs on X Factor US rather than giving them all to X Factor UK staff as some reports said they would.
I think it was going wrong for Kelly from the start of the live shows, the sickie didn't help and gave people something else to use against her. Maybe it's a case of "less is more". Kelly & Tulisa were more openly hostile than Cheryl/Dannii ever were yet people seem far less interested. They tried to make Tulisa the new Cheryl but it just hasn't worked. And the dynamics on the show actually have Tulisa more as Dannii and Kelly as Cheryl and Kelly certainly hasn't made a great impact either.
I kind of agree that they can't bring in another bunch of new judges having just done the "next generation" thing. Cowell
won't be back, Cheryl may or may not be willing to do it... so they may be limited in terms of options. Especially when The Voice is recruiting and it doesn't really seem to have paid off for Gary/Kelly/Tulisa this year.
But I'm not sure that sitting tight and hoping people care about these judges next year is an option for ITV. The likes of Cowell and Cole hit the ground running, got everyone talking in their first years. In the US, J'Lo seems to be the new public image of Idol.
Especially if The Voice has judges that go down well, they risk looking even worse bringing back a panel that hasn't been overly popular.

I've never seen an official list. But it'll include a lot of sport. The post-Superbowl Glee episode, The Academy Awards, The Grammy Awards, American Idol, Two and a Half Men, NCIS and Dancing With The Stars. Can't think of anything else that got more than 20m.
