Arghhhhh 3 days ago I purchased a Samsung SGII from them under contract with O2. Phone came yesterday and I've been waiting for connection since then. Anyway checked my online account and there was a message telling me to call this morning, called and after several automated messages got through to be told that O2 had failed their own credit checks and were not going to give me a contract. So I called O2, spoke to 4 different people who all told me this was nonsense and that they only credit check if direct with themselves, the fact it had passed and I had a phone and sim at home was enough. So I called Dial-a-phone again and they just reiterated it had failed and I had to send the phone back and speak to O2. Spoke to O2 again and they said the same thing again but this time I ordered a phone direct (and it cost me £80
) but it passed the credit check with no problems. So what went wrong, Dialaphone refuse to tell me and just keep saying tough, send the phone back to them, spent all night setting it up!
