Good ,
slanderous man.

But what gets me is he had the unmitigated gall to think Louis would go for him when he has the likes of the boys from Westlife and any of the cute X-factor acts. Honestly he should have looked in the mirror before embarking on his trail of lies.

Lucky for Louis that the CCTV showed otherwise. That's the problem all these allegations (bullying, racism etc.). Unless there is a camera or a witness, it is impossible to disprove them and the mud sticks.

Good. It's nice to see justice prevail and the guilty get what's coming to them. It's sends a clear message that their behavior won't be tolerated, and hopefully it deters others from doing the same in the future.

Just as well CCTV was there to clear his name, otherwise his life would have been ruined and forums such as this would automatically be assuming it's true.

I have just been reading about this . Louis Walsh's accuser appealed the 6 month sentence he was given but lost his appeal and the judge increased his sentence to 11 months! Serves him right!

Correct. Especially on this site where people can't wait to be judge, jury and executioner.

Louis should now knows what it feels like when one goes around throwing accusations when, unlike his case, no evidence was present to back up his accusations against another contestant...and that's why he had to apologise!!

You're saying there was evidence to back up the accusations against Louis? According to every story I've read, there was not a shred.

If that badly phrased sentence was meant to be some sort of Misha allusion, and you've actually just equated someone trying making criminal level slander against Louis to Misha's bullying accusations (Which I'm surprised people are still harping on about) then I'm embarrassed for myself right now for being the same species as you.

If it wasn't though, feel free to ignore this post

Hope it shows the rest of the lying scum what will happen if they make false allegations.

The two situations are nothing like each other. Sexual allegations can and often do stay with someone for the rest of their career, whether they're guilty or not. It is not the same as accusing someone of bullying, however unncessary that might have been on Louis' part.

At the end of the day, if Chris Brown can receive the number one album in the UK after what he did to Rihanna, it's pretty obvious that certain allegations, whether they're true or not, aren't going to damage someone's music career. If the music is popular, and captures the attention of a certain demographic, it will sell regardless.

Because some people are a bit slow and don't realise that blatantly making up a story of sexual assault in a public place and ruining a person's life isn't actually the same as accusing someone of being a bit of a bitch backstage

And obviously louis and most folks on here are guiltless when accusing contestants of bullying backstage when it has been proven to be otherwise by the so called 'victims' themselves...mmm pot calling kettle back!! Wasn't louis calling out the word BULLY on national TV about Misha when it was obviously _UNTRUE????? Hence the apology otherwise...or is all this a dream??

I'm a great admirer of Misha but I think there is a difference between the two incidents.
