Shouldn't this show be on CBBC?

Rather than taking up prime time scheduling space?

Yeah, cause children aged 5 to 12 know all about business transactions

No, of course it shouldn't! Adults watch it, as do older children and teenagers.

My only gripe is that I wish that it was on at 8-9pm as my 12 year old absolutely loves it and I'm a nasty Mum - I won't let her stay up to watch the end on a school night.

Lol why would 5-10 year olds want to watch 16-17 year olds shouting at eachother?

This.

Kids want to watch cartoons and kiddie dramas. Not serious business being undertaken.

Ah welcome to the forums.

You may well be right, but the line between sarcasm and moronic opinions is very, very thin on this site.

I think that makes you a good Mum Spanner, in our adult world. Nice one I'm pretty sure, although someone might want to correct me, that at one time the Apprentice was shown at 8 pm - maybe in the first few series of the main show?

Thank you.

Yes, I think it was, and didn't it start off on BBC2? Or am I thinking of something else?

The first two series were shown on BBC2 at 9 pm.

Beat the Boss and Trade Your Way To The USA have both been very good business programmes on CBBC (both presented by former Apprentice candidate Saira Khan). However, they were definitely pitched more at children.

It should be on 7-8pm on BBC3.

It would get a far lower audience there. I think it's fine where it is.

Is that the channel you watch?

Don’t be daft. This programme appeals to teenagers and adults and that is why the BBC have been rather sensible and slotted the programme on BBC1.

Even so, I do think it should be on earlier for the target audience, perhaps 7.30 or 8PM.

Best I put my crayons away now
