Nice to hear from you again, and great news that your council has put up the rickshaw posters. Have they put them on lamposts the same as where Bee lives? |

haha! I've never been so attached to a bus stop in my life! (not literally I should say........yet!) I must figure out a way of obtaining that poster when they replace it. Its still the only one I've seen. Went into Newcastle today and didn't see any others. Maybe it was just a little pressie There is no replacement where I live so far...all are recently occupied by H&M commercial poster!if anyone hasn't seen it this is how the local council have decided to decorate the bus stop by my house http://twitpic.com/79gjmp

Emma - thank you for those pictures. I'd only seen one of the Domesday pictures before so that's a really good find
![]() Lizzie - more than happy to post the pictures. Glad you're enjoying them . Looks like the CIN posters are spreading - I'll have to keep an eye out

*walks in and plonks a pot plant down on the table*
afternoon everyone ![]() *looks around and starts opening cupboards and doors* I like our new house very posh. and very considerate of them to pust a 'rickshaws only' parking space right outside........well you never know .....Did anyone else get to listen to Matt on Radio Nottingham today? Lovely little interview....short but sweet. He wasn't in the studio obviously, it was done over the phone. For those who didn't hear it its probably on iplayer (it was on at 2pm) but the gist of it went..... Presenter .... "in a minute we're going to talk to MB from TT about his insanely bonkers rickshaw challenge" but first I'll play this..... played Hungry Eyes. How could they do this to me? Surely Hungry Eyes and imminent MB is too much for anyone..... ![]() then on came M with his gorgeous gravelly 'just woke up' radio voice and made everything a whole lot worse by saying how much he loved that song and how he'd go home, download it and play it on his bike...... oh for goodness sake M stop it!!!!! they then joked about chair dancing and bopping along to the song which is precisely what I'd been doing til I fell off my chair. then they started talking about the challenge & M said he'd known about it 'a couple of months' and had been training by cycling to/from work but that now he'd got the actual rickshaw he was finding out how much harder it was than a normal bike. Presenter asked him was he worried about getting 'funny shaped' legs and M said he couldn't feel his legs cos they were covered in ralgex ![]() *cue bee falling off her chair again* M then talked about how his upper body was still 'strictlyfied' but that his legs were now catching up. He then went on to say he was finding it hard eating enough with all the training as he's not a 'big eater' and was having to snack all the time and check the labels on food. He also talked about he was having to get used to eating on the bike during training......I got the impression its not a fun part of it ![]() He mentioned how it was good that the hardest part of the challenge should be the first 4 days and once he's got them out the way it should be easier but its a shame cos the hardest parts are also his favourite parts of the country. He says so far he's raised £70k ![]() and seemed dead chuffed and a little bit gobsmacked by it.only short but very nice all the same he's too lovely for words ![]() could have done without hungry eyes/ralgex though......thats really too much to cope with when KK's just unleashed a picspam. in which my favourite pic was ........ http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/...03at121104.png love that jumper....had a bit of school uniforminess about it again I thought...especially with the buttoned up shirt underneath. Very cute The wide v neck made the jumper look too big for him and just added to the cuteness I think. His hair looks lovely in those pics with the curls just starting to break free right .... off to explore our new abode *mooches off* |

It's good isn't it when you've been out for most of the day and you come back and the parents have moved without telling you......
![]() Still we have got the most amazing decoration already in place, some new piccies from Emma and we've still got each other for support during the Mattless lean times. ![]() I think KK's latest batch of phawtaws are simply gawgus and thudalicious. That little curl, the stubble, the beautiful and animated face, the biceps, well he's got it all. ![]() Bee thank you for writing up the interview, yes I would agree that Hungry Eyes, MB's voice and ralgex are a lethal combination. What's a poor girl to do..........THUD. So now we've been relocated at No.9 we can expect more merry and frivolous times, and there's going to be lots and lots more MB over the next few weeks. Hurrah. ![]() £70,000 eh, not bad for a dancing farmer.....

Thanks for this synopsis Bee. I have no idea if 70k is good or not but it sounds great to me. But please tell me, what on earth is raglex???
![]() ![]() just humour me if you like.....its along the same lines as VIC's, the smell of that makes me go all funny as well ![]() and if you ask me £70k is pretty good going considering, as M said, he hasn't even started yet! He wouldn't say how much he aimed to raise....he's too modest for that but he was obviously dead chuffed with how he's done so far and so he should be

. I don't expect him to raise the same amount as David but at this rate he's looking good for a substantial sum. And ralgex is a muscle rub containing things like wintergreen, eucalyptus and camphor. Good for when your body is falling to bits on you and I love the smell of stuff like that and Vicks

Oh wow! Matt's looking absolutely gorgeous tonight, even if the shirt and trousers don't really go together that well. Pale and interesting is how I'd describe him. Have to say he does look tired though as well. Maybe it's the studio lighting. Anyway, I like it

Pale and interesting maybe (several twtrs asking him if he feels ok!) but he was as bright as a button in the radio interviews today, and seems fine in himself, so not too worried.
Wonder if he's off Filing tonight....long day for him if so, bless him. |

tonights pic, think he really doesnt like the fennell ![]() Good man. I love fennel, especially very finely sliced in salads. And it's one of the best things you can eat to help digestion. Love aubergines too, especially the way the Italians do them mushed up with pasta. Wait a minute. Who is it that can't take their mind off the food! What was the guest's name again? I think I might look out for his book. Anyway, back to Matt. Looking really, really sexy tonight I thought, but definitely tired. He was chirpy enough but that's easy enough to do for half an hour if you have to. I hope it was just the lighting and he's not coming down with something. I know it's not serious, but you could do without that when you've got to train the way he has to right now. |

Hellaw
we've moved again, has everyone found there way here yet. Nice to see we have some pics up already, thanks kk and emma. Didn't like the outfit tonight, the only good thing about the shirt was the wow, it did look better in the show pic.He did look a bit pale, but still bouncy. i'm amazed there's a food he doesn't like.
