iplayer radio programmes overrunning

I can't find a thread about this, but I'm sure it must have been have been discussed before.
I use iplayer mainly to catch up with radio programmes. Quite often I'll find the last minute or so is missing. Usually I let this pass, but when I was listening again to Sounds Of The 20th Century, nearly 10 minutes were missing due to the previous programme (Radio 2 in concert) overruning. I was able to catch the rest of it, by finding out the show that was on afterwards and listening to the beginning of that, but that's hardly what I'd call a good service.
Basically, I'm wanting to know is it worth complaining about this. When a show is up on iplayer, can/do they make adjustments for things like this?

I have on occasion used the "contact us" button on the iPlayer to report clipped programmes on the iPlayer and the BBC have corrected the offending programme, so yes it is worth letting them know.

Thanks, I will do that then.
