I'd have been excited if we'd been treated to Ian Waite, Matt Cutler or Karen Hardy.

I am quite curious to see how she will pan out as a judge. The clips of her from DWTS were great! I think it was the right decision instead of bringing back as SCD pro has been. Love the idea of a 10-off with Alesha Wonder if she will buddy up or be competitve with Alesha, should be interesting. Just hope she is distinctive and not Alesha-Mk 2!

However I really don't get all the gushing and fawning like she is royalty. I found Zoe to be rather sycophantic on ITT and hoping we don't get a repeat performance tonight. Yes, exciting that there is a guest judge but not quite as OTT as being made out. It's not the flaming Queen! Now maybe they should have asked Her Maj, she's apparently a fan I believe!

What I don't like is the way she's being revered as some sort of Goddess - it's all I've heard on ITT. I'm just a little underwhelmed by it all, that's all.
That just about sums it up for me as well.

She seems nothing special really, so no excitement at all here.

She'll be fine. Its only for 1 week, and its still early in the competition - where the lesser candidates are still around.

She talked sense on ITT and Breakfast - she'll comment on what she sees.

Re "Dance Royalty" - she never jumped on to the Dirty Dancing bandwagon, - in fact actually shied away from it. Her rarity value and her history in a Dance Classic gives her additional value.

I think it would be fair to at least give her a chance, the lady hasn't even sat down in the judges chair yet. Criticize after she has judged, if she deserves it, but please, let's just not pre judge her. It's not as though she will be a permanent fixture

I'll be glad that Len is away tonight but not that pleased he's been replaced with Jennifer Gray. Why they could'nt get one of our own excellent dancers to be a judge I don't know.

I didnt recognise her! I know its a long time since she was in Dirty Dancing but she looks nothing like 'Baby'. Has she had her nose done?

She's very wooden. More intent on delivering the lines that have clearly been written for her than delivering an honest critique of the performance

She had a bad nose job, and then had to have a lot of work done to correct it.

She had a nose job (to help with her breathing I believe) but the surgeon botched it and she spent a lot of years getting it fixed. She's spoken out about it quite a bit.

She's absolutely dire, it's actually ruined the show tonight. It's not even her marks so much as her comments... cringeworthy.

My goodness she has made Alexandra Burke (X-Factor last week) seem clued up.

And she makes Alesha Dixon seem like the voice of authority.

Awful.

I like Jennifer but she is a bit cringeworthy with her script. Bit miffed as to why she got the gig though. Why not someone like Ruthie Henshall or Bonnie Langford? Or the master himself, Lionel Blair?

Dirty Dancing is an iconic movie and her performance on DWTS was amazing.

I liked Brendan's comments at the beginning, the dancers seem to have a great respect for her and rightly so.

Her judging isn't good. She's over marking everyone, not good.

I wasn't excited as I've never seen the film everyone says she was in so I don't know who she's meant to be....

And she read everything from a huge notepad so I think it was all pre-scripted for her. That's really the antithesis of exciting.

I like Alesha but they'd never have one of the former pros. There would be cries of they're better than Alesha and why didn't they replace Arlene. So instead they got a famous but numpty judge. Even Craig & Bruno dumbed down more than usual.

Someone, please, put Baby BACK in the corner.
