I watched disc one last night which is the concert DVD. I'm not quite sure what is on disc two yet but I think it's maybe some more concert, and extras like backstage camcorder footage and a documenatry. I watched two hours into disc one and it was still only 3/4 of the way through. Just as you'd expect from Dream Theater, the performance is amazing, the band is very well rehearsed and play as tight as ever; there's even some nice little meddlies thrown in there too. The stage at the Budokan is absolutely awesome, and the lightshow is the best I've seen, along with the three huge projection screens. The amusing thing is how different John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess look with short hair compared to on the Scenes from New York DVD back in 2000
The production quality of this DVD is awesome, the editing and sound mix are superb, however, there is no audio commentary like on their other DVDs (at least there isn't on disc one) which I was looking forward to. Mike Portnoy has pulled off another excellent DVD, probably his best to date, pity I can't say the same about the dodgy beret he wears towards the end of the set

This is a MUST buy for anyone who even mildly likes Dream Theater and at £14.99 it's great value for money.
