I've never seen such a boring dull judge on one of these shows than Jennifer Gray she is clearly reading from her notes and her scoring is overmarked, they should of brought back Arlene for a week-I know she would never of accepcted but seeing Arlene and Alisha sitting next to each other would of pulled in the viewers.

She was definitely overmarking people, couldn't believe how she praised Lulu

They should have had Ian Waite judging or another professional, she was pointless

I wish she'd have given her scores in a normal voice.

That's the trouble with a guest judge in for only one week - how can they get into the show ? Whatever must it have cost the Beeb to let Len have a week off, and fly Jennifer and her hubby and who know's else over for 2 days ?

I just thought it was refreshing not to have old Len there pulling faces at, and arguing with, everything Craig says. Much more comfortable viewing this week.

She was awful. So dull & scripted.

That is true. I got the impression that Craig was less booed and that people actually listened to him.

She did pretty well under the circs.

By sticking to 8s (and an occasional 7 or 9) she fills the post without affecting the overall results.

Craigs and Brunos scores are the most influential. (its a maths thing)

For a fill-in judge she did fine. Remember - she hasnt seen the previous weeks performances live.

I thought she was pathetic. Thank goodness she's only on this week. Why couldn;t they have had Karen Hardy or one of the dancers judging.

I agree it was a much better show without Len.

Jennifer was brilliant on DWTS - she is a great dancer (mind her partner was Derek Hough). As a judge I thought she was bland and her comments were predictable and insipid. The panel really needs a professional dancer or judge - I want to hear more about technique and less about how adorable they are.

Len will be back next week.

I thought she was lovely. Really enthusiastic and helpful. Gave some encouraging comments and made me smile. For a guest judge she was really a good surprise. It made a nice change not have Craig and Len sniping at each other. Mmmm yes, I liked her

I do think having a guest judge, rather than Len, allowed Craig to come over better, and i have to say i didnt miss Len. The whole panel came over more professional and less confrontational (Craig vs Len).

However, there was just no point in Jennifer. They might as well just have put an 8 sign on a mop, and a tape just repeating a few lines. I think one of the ex dancers especially Karen Hardy would have been better.

And i have to agree, it made Alesha come over a lot better, and make you really realise that she actually is getting more confident in her technical knowledge of the dance.

Thank God ! Why Jennifer was preferred to Ian, Karen Hardy or even someone like John Barrowman I have absolutely no idea.

All I could think was Baby should've been kept in the corner She didn't really add anything to the judging and was rather predictable in her comments I'm guessing Alesha had been warned she couldn't be a joke with her 10's either this evening, in order to compensate for Jennifer's ridiculous marking - suppose that's one good thing from this!
