I really do not understand the hype around Marcus.... There is NOTHING unique there at all.. ok is voice is alright but nothing unique thats not already out there at all ?

Why are you comparing him to Danyl? I dont see the similarity at all.

Danyl became one of the most overrated contestants of his year based off one very good audition. For the majority of the live shows he had major tuning problems which exposed him as not as good as he and Simon thought he was.

I get it he's nice but in terms of talent
there is nothing we haven't seen before and after the show if he does well he's just gonna do another shane ward leon jackson etc. as he's got nothing new too offer at all,

Which similar song choices? Danyl did about one upbeat number -Relight my Fire. otherwise he did alot of powerful songs purple rain, And Im telling you... etc. Different style to marcus.
